I have 2 open up positions for ETHUSD, ID: 112281365 and 112281617.
Fix TP 4250
Gear up SL 4440
ICMarkets MT4 platform didn't follow the market spot which the lowest was 4233.31 (shown in TradingView every bit per screenshot) and it suppose to hit my TP at 4250 already.
Even my another MT4 plaform Lirunex, their lowest market place spot is the aforementioned at 4232.98 as per screenshot.
Lowest market spot at ICmarkets MT4 platform was at 4248.27. The divergence is xiv.96 pips (tradingview) and 15.29 pips (Lirunex).
Now that my 2 open positions became floating losses as the trend has reversed.
Please kindly propose me on where should I make official complaint and report to the legal potency.

I received the answer from your supports. But I am non happy with the answer where they blame the Liquidity Provider and follow the ECN prices. I am having this repeated issue

I am actually upset on your MT4 Liquidity Provider where the spot toll for ETHUSD is far and incorrect as compared to what investing.com and tradingview showed during your icmarkets closed trading hours.
I take 2 open positions for ETHUSD, ID: 113360697 and 113360698.
Prepare TP 4220
Set SL 4480
Your IcMarkets MT4 Liquidity Provider didn't follow the market place spot price which the lowest marketplace price was 4205.87 (shown in TradingView every bit per screenshot) and it suppose to trigger my TP at 4220 already when resume to trading hour.
Even in Investing.com, their lowest market toll is the same at 4207.98 as per screenshot.
However, your IcMarkets MT4 Platform didn't capture the prices when resume to trading hours.
I demand this to be compensated and I shall bring this upwardly to regulatory if this is not well managed!
